3. Deformation and wear (partial wear). For example, the wire rope on the outside of the drum is hit by other objects, and the crane hoisting wire rope entangles each other, and the wire rope violently oscillates and impacts on the pulley, which may be caused by the rope biting phenomenon caused by the deviation of the center of the pulley and the drum. This kind of deformation and wear is part of the kneading deformation. The cross section of the steel wire is the kneading part that expands into a wing shape on both sides. From the outside, the width of the steel wire is expanded, and the cross-sectional area of the steel wire is not significantly reduced.
